The COMELEC is pleased to announce that the OVS Pre-Voting Enrollment link is now live. Type https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll in your device browser to open the Pre-Voting Enrollment page or Scan the QR code using your mobile device. Pre-Voting Enrollment will be open for Registered Filipino Overseas Voters for the 2025 Philippine National Elections until 07 May 2025. Please note that the said link is geo-blocked in the Philippines (The link cannot be accessed if you are in the Philippines).
