Consular Services

The Philippine Consulate General in Agana strives to offer timely and efficient consular services to approximately 50,000 Filipino nationals on Guam, and the rest of the 30,000 Filipinos in the other Pacific islands under its jurisdiction.

Below are links to the different consular services we offer to our stakeholders.

We also conduct consular outreach missions to the other islands around Guam so that services could be delivered to Filipino nationals where they work and reside.

Be assured that we will do our best to deliver quality consular services and remain responsive to the needs of our various stakeholders here on Guam and in the other islands under our jurisdiction.

Consular Operations During PCOR 3

All consular services, including claiming of new ePassports and other consular documents, are strictly by appointment only

  • Those who wish to claim their passports, may visit the Philippine Consulate from Monday to Friday (except on declared holidays), from 9:00AM to 10:00AM, and from 4:00PM to 5:00PM only. Bring receipt and old passport.
  • Make sure you have the complete requirements (with the proper number of photocopies) with you on your appointment as we do not have photocopying service on-site and you will have to book another appointment if your documents are deficient.

If the Government of Guam decides to declare PCOR 4, we will adjust our operations and provide new appointment slots as appropriate to the announcement made. For questions, email pcgagana@gmail.com.

The appointment system applies only to in-person processing at the PHL Consulate General in Agana (Guam).
