UPDATED: Consular Mission to Saipan, CNMI, 20-21 December 2025

Further to its earlier announcement, the Philippine Consulate General in Agana, Guam will conduct its Consular Outreach Mission to Saipan, CNMI from 20 December 2025 (Saturday, from 1:00 to 5:00pm) to 21 December 2025 (Sunday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm) at Beach Garden Apartment & Hotel, Chichirica Ave., Garapan, Saipan, CNMI. 

Please refer to the initial announcement for information on scheduling appointments for passport and other consular services such as notarials, civil registration, and dual citizenship.

Releasing of Passports

The public is advised that Passports processed during the previous Consular Outreach Mission in Saipan, CNMI on 18-19 October 2025 will be available for claiming on 20 to 21 December 2025  with the following detailed schedule:

DATE/TIME: 20 December  : 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

                     21 December :  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

VENUE:        Beach Garden Apartment & Hotel, Chichirica 

                      Ave., Garapan, Saipan, CNMI

Passport claimants are reminded to bring their official receipts and old passports for cancellation. Should a  representative claim the passports, please be guided by the following requirements: 

1. Bring the original current ePassport of the passport owner.

2. For immediate family members (i.e. parents, spouse, children, and siblings) Bring an Authorization Letter, copy of the ID of the representative, and original current ePassport of the passport owner (if renewal).

3. For other representatives (non-immediate family members) – Bring a  notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA), copy of the ID of the representative, and original current ePassport of the passport owner (if renewal).

Notice of Resumption of Overseas Voter Registration

The Philippine Consulate General further announces the resumption of Overseas Voter Registration from 01 December 2025 to 30 September 2027 for the 2028 Philippine National and Local Elections. 

All qualified Filipino citizens in Saipan, CNMI who are not yet registered overseas voters and those who have been deactivated due to failure to participate in two (2) consecutive elections, are encouraged to file their applications during the consular outreach mission on 20 and 21 December 2025.

WHAT TO BRING: 

  • Valid Philippine Passport; or 
  • FOR SEAFARERS: Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB), or
  • FOR DUAL CITIZENS: Original or certified true copy of Order of Approval of Filipino Citizenship or Identification Certificate
