Passport claimants are reminded to bring their official receipts and old passports for cancellation. If the passport applicant is unable to personally claim their new passports and choose to designate a representative to claim their passports, please be guided by the following requirements:
1. Bring the original current ePassport of the passport owner.
2. For immediate family members – Bring an Authorization Letter and a copy of the ID of the representative.
3. For other representatives (non-family members) – Bring a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and a copy of the ID of the representative. END
