Ateneo de Davao University Fosters Borderless Education

PRR-2020-016-HMFC

6 August 2020, Agana, GU - While online education has been around for some time, one of the effects of the global pandemic of 2020 has been to further accelerate its development and bring to the forefront how its relevance has grown and how it can be an alternative mode for educational institutions to deliver their course offerings to those who wish to advance their learning.

The Ateneo de Davao University, one of the premier educational institutions in the Philippines based in Mindanao, seeks to deliver quality online education across all learning ages and now invites overseas Filipinos and the general public who wish to pursue further studies or continue their education, or who have children whom they wish to enroll in the Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU), to explore AdDU's online course offerings.

Through the AdDU Internationalization for Mindanao (AIM) Office, international academic programs are being offered in English and are therefore accessible to international students, while non-English speakers have the option to avail of intensive English courses. In addition, AdDU has established online learning platforms that will help foster and strengthen its ability to promote borderless, transnational education.
