The Philippine Consulate General in Agana launched a new online appointment system for consular services along with a new mirror site today, 19 June, on the occasion of the 159th birth anniversary of Philippine national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.

This online booking platform should help facilitate the delivery of consular services given the prevailing circumstances.

With the expanded reopening phase of the Philippine Consulate General in Agana (Guam) under the current PCOR 2 status on the island, all consular services, including claiming of new ePassports and other consular documents, will strictly be by appointment only. The appointment system allows scheduled visits to be set from Monday to Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only for regular consular services, and from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for claiming of new ePassports or other consular documents.

The booking platform, however, allows clients to set appointments up to 15 days in advance only. This limitation is to allow for possible changes to be made should the COVID-19 situation on the island evolve and continue to improve.

In the event that the Government of Guam declares an improvement in the health and safety situation on the island, some booked appointments may have to be rescheduled or even canceled to modify the system parameters.

The Consulate General reassures the public that, even as Guam transitions toward an improved health and safety situation in the coming weeks, adjustments in its operations, including the appointment system, will be made in a manner that keeps disruptions to the minimum.
